A building of the 15th century, completely refurbished in 2006, inside a group of flats, built up by “Serenissima will” order to offer an house at “cheap rent” to the workers of the ancient Arsenale. It puts at your disposition a modern accomodation in a context that lives the history.
Three double rooms with bed and breakfast treatment.
The green room, located at the ground floor, has private bathroom with shower and an indipendent entrance for your privacy. A double or two single beds with wardrobe in a simple and functional style. The sky-blue room, located at the second floor, very bright and wide with double or two single beds and shutters in real venetian style. Bathroom aside.
The blue room is on the same floor, with double bed, young and informal style with bathroom aside.

By plane

From Venezia "Marco Polo" Airport:
take the Alilaguna red line (motor boat) and in 60 minutes you will reach the centre of Venice.
Go down to the "Arsenale" stop and turn right, walking on the way (Riva di Cà di Dio). Cross the bridge and turn on the left, walk for about 100 meters on that street (Fondamenta dell’Arsenal). You will find a large place, named “Campo de la Tana”. Cross it and the little iron bridge at its end. Turn left on the street (Fondamenta de la Tana) and turn on the third little street on your right side (Calle dei Preti).
After few meters on your left you will find a yellow house numbered 1985. Ring “BOSELLI”. Welcome !
or
take the ACTV or ATVO bus till Piazzale Roma (bus terminal). Take the waterbus ACTV number 41, 51, 61 or 2 (summer season available only) line and go down to the Arsenale stop (for walking path from waterbus stop to the structure, please see the guidelines above), or Giardini-Biennale. In this case (after gone down) go straight on and then turn left on the street named Riva dei Partigiani; than take the tree way (Viale Garibaldi) in front of you. At the end, where there is the G.Garibaldi statue and a big fountain lie, you will see an iron railing that faces on Via Garibaldi.
Cross the railing and turn on the left. Take the right hand and immediately after the FIRST pharmacy and before the bar, you will find a little street, named Calle dei Preti (the name is inside). The yellow house numbered 1985 is the B&B. Ring “BOSELLi”. Welcome!

From Treviso "Canova" Airport:
take the dedicated flight ATVO bus to Venice and go down at the last stop of Piazzale Roma (bus terminal). Take the ACTV waterbus number 41, 51, 61 or 2 (summer season available only) line and go down to the Giardini-Biennale or Arsenale stops (for walking path from waterbus stop to the structure, please see the guidelines above).

By train

From Venezia Santa Lucia train station, take the ACTV waterbus number 41,51,61 or 2 (summer season available only) line and go down to the Giardini-Biennale or Arsenale stops (for walking path from waterbus stop to the structure, please see the guidelines above).

By car

Pass the crossing point of the speedway A4 or A27 and follow the directions to Venice. Cross the “Ponte della Libertà” (“Freedom bridge”), park you car in one of the payment parking in Piazzale Roma or Tronchetto. From Tronchetto take the actv waterbus number 2, or dm to Piazzale Roma. From there take the ACTV waterbus number 41, 51, 61 or 2 (summer season available only) and go down to the Giardini-Biennale or Arsenale stops (for walking path from waterbus stop to the structure, please see the guidelines above).
You have the choice to leave your car in Mestre or Marghera and reach Venice by bus or train (see directions above).

1-GENERAL CONDITION.

Price includes : rent of the apartment and/or room plus eventual common properties (garden, lift), final cleaning,bed linnen, towels ( one change per week), kitchen hardware, electricity, gas, water expenses, garbage tax,( if not specified in our communications), our staff assistance.

2 –PAYMENT AND BOOKING CONDITIONS.

Booking of the apartments/rooms can be made by:
- BOOKING ON-LINE WITH CREDIT CARD:
No amount will be charge, the credit card data - after being checked - are kept as guarantee for the reservation. After the expiry of the "cancellation policy" terms (look point 5) will be applied the provided penalties.
- BOOKING ON-REQUEST:
by e-mail, fax, telephone call after confirmation of availability veneziacentopercento will reserve your option 24 – 48 hours or more if agreed. In this period a deposit of 30% of total amount must be arranged. The balance will be paid at guest’s arrival.

3 - CAUTION MONEY.

For apartments stay ONLY, at your arrival a deposit will be requested in front of damages and/or missing . It must be paid in cash and gived back the last day.

4 - ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE.

Generally the meeting with our staff is at the structure booked. Remember to contact us to decide hour and place of meeting. Generally CHECK-IN is after 3.30 p.m. till 09.00 p.m. In case of not claimed delay, veneziacentopercento will charge a supplement of 50 Euro.

CHECK-OUT is before 12.00 a.m.but you can deposit your luggages, arranging with our staff hour of pickup.

5 -CANCELLATION POLICY. Advanced departure and/or not arrival.

Cancellation policy without penalty: until 7 days before your arrival.
In case of cancellation from 1 to 7 days before your arrival 30% of total amount will be retained as penalty.
Refunds are not provided in case of early departure and/or non-arrival after the expiry of the terms of cancellation.
Special “Prepaid” offers: not refundable. It is not provided any type of reimbursement or other facility.

6 - CLEANING.

At you arrival you will find your room/apartment cleaned and in order. Final cleaning will not charged if the structure will be leaved not particularly dirty. In this case a surcharge of 40 Euro will be applied.

7 - CONDOMINIUM RULES.

All condominium rules will be strictly respected, avoiding to disturb other neighbours and create noising, particularly from 01.00 p.m. to 03.00 p.m. and from 10.00 p.m. to 08.00 a.m.(see Venetian municipal police notice).
No animals admitted but ask us for possible arrangement.
In case of no observation of condominium rules, veneziacentopercento, throw their responsible, will oblige you to leave the structure without any remboursement.

8 - RESPONSIBILITY.

Lost of the keys, or the forgethfullness of them inside the structure, with the consequent intervention of our staff, will create an expense that will be charged to the responsible.
In case of technical problems or not good cleaning, contact our staff immediately order to solve the problem in short time and to permit you fully join your stay.

Veneziacentopercento, ai sensi dell´art. 13 del D. Lgs. 30.6.2003 n. 196, fornisce la seguente informativa:
a) i dati personali sono richiesti per le seguenti finalità:
1. gestione del servizio da Voi prescelto nella presente sezione;
2. comunicazioni promozionali, indagini di mercato, analisi economico/statistiche, programmi a premi, rilevazioni del grado di soddisfazione della clientela. Potranno inoltre essere utilizzati per attività di marketing o di informazioni commerciali volte a premiare o favorire i clienti in ragione agli eventuali acquisti attraverso l’invio di locandine pubblicitarie e documentazione promozionale cartacea, e-mail, sms, mms.
b) Il conferimento dei dati, con riferimento alle finalità di cui al punto a1), ha natura obbligatoria ed un eventuale rifiuto a rispondere comporta l’impossibilità per Veneziacentopercento di fornire il relativo servizio. Il conferimento dei dati di cui al punto a2) ha natura facoltativa.
c) Per le finalità di cui al precedente punto a2) i dati, strettamente necessari a ciascuna tipologia di trattamento, potranno essere comunicati da Veneziacentopercento da una propria divisione all’altra e alle società del gruppo.
d) I dati, strettamente necessari al trattamento, potranno essere comunicati al partner tecnologico e strumentale di cui il titolare si avvale per l’erogazione del servizio richiesto.
e) Il trattamento dei Dati avviene mediante l´utilizzo di strumenti manuali, informatici e telematici, da parte di strutture di Veneziacentopercento. In ogni caso il trattamento avviene con logiche strettamente correlate alle finalità sopra indicate e, comunque, in modo da garantire la sicurezza e la riservatezza dei Dati, i quali saranno altresì gestiti e protetti in ambienti il cui accesso è sotto costante controllo.
f) Titolare del trattamento è Silvia Boselli, con sede legale in Venezia nella persona del Legale Rappresentante. Le eventuali istanze ai sensi dell’art. 7 del D. Lgs. 196/03 dovranno essere indirizzate a Veneziacentopercento Castello 1985 - 30122 Venezia;
g) In relazione al trattamento dei predetti dati l’interessato, ai sensi dell´art. 7 del D. Lgs. n. 196/2003, ha diritto di ottenere:
1. la conferma dell´esistenza o meno dei suoi Dati, la loro comunicazione in forma comprensibile e la conoscenza della loro origine nonché della logica su cui si basa il trattamento;
2. la cancellazione, la trasformazione in forma anonima o il blocco dei dati trattati in violazione della legge;
3. l´aggiornamento dei Dati, la loro rettificazione o, quando vi abbia interesse, la loro integrazione;
4. l´attestazione che le operazioni di cui ai precedenti punti 2 e 3, sono state portate a conoscenza di coloro ai quali sono stati comunicati, sempre che non risulti impossibile o comporti un impiego di mezzi sproporzionato.
Il Cliente ha inoltre diritto di opporsi per motivi legittimi al trattamento dei dati.

L’interessato, unitamente alla compilazione del presente schema, esprime il proprio consenso per le finalità esclusive ed obbligatorie di cui al punto a1).

L’interessato esprime, ai sensi dell’art. 23 del D.Lgs. 196/2003, il proprio consenso al trattamento dei dati per le finalità di cui al punto a2) e alla comunicazione dei dati secondo le modalità indicate al precedente punto c).
