1-GENERAL CONDITION.

Price includes : rent of the apartment and/or room plus eventual common properties (garden, lift), final cleaning,bed linnen, towels ( one change per week), kitchen hardware, electricity, gas, water expenses, garbage tax,(if not specified in our communications), our staff assistance.

2 –PAYMENT AND BOOKING CONDITIONS.

Booking of the apartments/rooms can be made by:

- BOOKING ON-LINE WITH CREDIT CARD:
No amount will be charge, the credit card data - after being checked - are kept  as guarantee for the reservation. After the expiry of the "cancellation policy" terms (look point 5) will be applied the provided penalties.

- BOOKING ON-REQUEST:
by  e-mail, fax, telephone call after confirmation of availability. Veneziacentopercento will reserve your option 24 – 48 hours or more if agreed. In this period a deposit of 30%  of total amount must be arranged. The balance will be paid at guest’s arrival.

Conditions of payment:

- BANK MONEY ORDER  to Silvia Boselli  – Banca Mediolanum  - Basiglio (Milano)

- Credit Card (providing the number of your credit card, owner, the expiry date and authorization to charge the booking amount

- PAYPAL (using the mail address This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it  as account)

N.B. Last minute booking requests Paypal arrangment only.

3 - CAUTION MONEY.

For apartments stay ONLY, at your arrival a deposit will be requested in front of damages and/or missing . It must be paid in cash and gived back the last day.

4 - ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE.

6 - CLEANING.

At you arrival you will find your room/apartment cleaned and in order. Final cleaning will not charged if the structure will be leaved not particularly dirty. In this case a surcharge of 40 Euro will be applied.

7 - CONDOMINIUM RULES.

All condominium rules will be strictly respected, avoiding to disturb other neighbours and create noising, particularly from 01.00 p.m. to 03.00 p.m. and from 10.00 p.m. to 08.00 a.m.(see Venetian municipal police notice).
No animals admitted but ask us for possible arrangement.
In case of no observation of condominium rules, veneziacentopercento, throw their responsible, will oblige you to leave the structure without any remboursement.

8 - RESPONSIBILITY.

Lost of the  keys, or the forgethfullness of them inside the structure, with the consequent  intervention of our staff,  will create an expense that will be charged to the responsible.
In case of technical problems or not good cleaning, contact our staff immediately order to solve the problem in short time and to permit you  fully join your stay.
