You can leave your luggage in our storage paying a daily fee. We only need to know in advance at what time you are giong to store your luggage.

Where do I leave the key when I check-out?

At the moment of the check-out a member of our staff will meet you at the apartment and you can leave her/him the key.

What is there in my apartment?

In every apartment you will always find:

  • equipped kitchen
  • fridge
  • linen (bedsheets and towels)
  • covers
  • pillows
  • air conditioning
  • hairdryer
  • wi-fi
  • kittle

In some apartments there are:

  • washing machine
  • microwave
  • vacuum

In our apartments there are no TVs

Will the apartment be cleaned during our stay?

There won’t be cleaning during your stay. If you need extra linen (bedsheets and towels), we kindly ask you to tell us in advance so we can provide them during the check-in. A little extra will be added.

Does the price change according to the number of guests?

Yes, for every extra guest there is a difference in price.

Pets are welcome in some of our apartments. You will just pay a little extra.

Smoking is forbidden in every apartment and room.

In every apartment there’s a courtesy kit with products for personal hygiene for the day of your arrival.

On the total amount of the booking you have to add the cleaning fee and the city tax.

It is not always possible and there is an extra to pay. You should always let us know in advance if you need to leave the apartment later than 10h30 am.

Can I check-in after 7h30 pm?

Yes, you can. You have to let us know in advance and complete the payment and check-in procedures in advance (sending us a copy of your ID or passport).

Check-in time is from 3pm till 7h30 pm.

How do I check-in and get the key to the apartment?

Once you book, you will receive all the instructions to reach our office. Here you will check-in (we will need an ID or passport of each guest and a copy of the reservation), you will pay the rest of the amount due and we will give you all the useful information for your stay, including the key to your apartment.

How is the cancellation policy?

Following you find the percentage you will be charged based on the total cost of your booking.

  • until 7 days before your arrival date: no charge.
  • from 7 to 1 day before your arrival date: 30%.
  • within 24 hours or no show: 100%.

No refund is due once the above periods have expired or if the stay is cut short.

In case of “Prepaid special offers”: no refund is foreseen.

How can I pay?

Booking online you can pay by Bank Transfer, Paypal, Stripe or Credit Card. You will be charged 30% of the total amount, you will pay the rest at the moment of the check-in, by cash or credit card.
