1. GENERAL CONDITIONS CONDITIONS
The price includes: rent of the apartment and / or the room and any ancillary easements (garden, elevator, etc.), final cleaning, bed linen, kitchen and bathroom (one change per week), gas, electricity and water costs and waste unless otherwise specified in our communications, complete assistance from our staff.
2. PAYMENT AND BOOKING CONDITIONS
The booking of the apartments veneziacentopercento.it can be done in the following ways:
ON-LINE BOOKING DIRECT WITH CREDIT CARD: No amount is withheld, the card details after being verified are kept to guarantee the reservation. After the expiry of the cancellation terms (see point 5) any penalties will be applied.
BOOKING ON-REQUEST (upon request by e-mail, fax or telephone) after confirmation of availability in the chosen period, veneziacentopercento.it will reserve your option from 24 to 48 hours or longer if agreed.
A deposit of 30% of the total amount must be paid within that period.
The balance must be settled upon arrival of the guests at the chosen facility.
The payment methods accepted are the following:
– Wire transfer headed to Boselli Silvia – Banca Mediolanum – Basiglio (Milano)
– PostePay n. 4030 3506 7592 2517 headed to Boselli Silvia
– Credit card (providing a valid credit card number, holder, expiration date and authorization to withdraw from the card)
– PAYPAL (using the email address email@example.com as recipient of the payment)
3. SECURITY DEPOSIT
ONLY for stays in our apartments, on your arrival you will be asked for a security deposit which will be required to guarantee any damage and / or additional costs. It can be paid by check or cash and will be returned to you on your departure upon return of the apartment in order and free from damage.
4. ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
The appointment with our staff at the beginning of the stay is normally at the B&B. Remember to contact us 3 days before to fix exactly the time and place of the appointment as a B&B has no reception. CHECK-IN: Entry is possible from 3.30pm until 8.00pm. By prior arrangement it is possible to arrange a late arrival, no later than 11.00 pm, with a surcharge of Euro 50.00. If you have this need, contact us in advance. After 11.00 pm our facilities close and check-in is no longer possible.
CHECK OUT: Upon arrival you will have to communicate the exit time for the day of your departure; the structures must in any case be vacated by 11.00 but it will be possible to leave the luggage in the B&B at the same time as collecting them.
5. CANCELLATION POLICY
Early departure and / or no show.
Cancellation terms without penalty: within 7 days before the arrival date. In case of cancellation from 1 to 7 days before the beginning of the stay an amount equal to 30% of the total booking will be withheld. For cancellations made up to 24 hours before arrival or in case of “No Show”, the entire amount of the reservation will be withheld. There are no refunds in case of early departure and / or non-arrival after the cancellation deadline. Reservations from special “Prepaid” offers: NO reimbursement or other benefits are provided.
Upon arrival you will find your apartment clean and tidy. Final cleaning is included in the price if the apartment or rooms are returned not too untidy, otherwise an additional fee of 40 Euro will be applied.
7. CONDOMINIUM REGULATIONS
All building condominium rules must be respected, refraining from disturbing other families and avoiding loud noises, particularly from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm and from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am (see Urban Police Regulations of the Municipality of Venice). Pets are allowed, prior agreement before booking.
In the event that the condominium rules are not respected, venicecentopercento will have the right, through its managers, to let you leave the apartment without any refund.
The loss of the keys, the forgetfulness of the same inside the apartment, with the consequent intervention of our staff, will have an additional cost that will be charged to you.
In case of technical problems or inadequate cleaning, you are kindly invited to contact our staff immediately to resolve the problem as soon as possible and allow you to fully enjoy your holiday.
